Orders confirmed and paid by 5 PM PST will ship the following day
Orders are picked and packed when the order payments are received
Tracking will be provided within 24 hours of shipping
All orders ship with signature required by default; you may opt out, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Substitution policy: We strive to keep our website fully updated, but occasionally we may receive more orders for a product than we have on hand. As waiting for a response on substitutions may cause a delay in shipping, please let us know if you’re okay with us selecting a suitable replacement in case of shortages!
